When searching for seat availability, why do I need to click on ‘availability’?

Seat availability keep on changing since a lot of people book from different parts of the country. By clicking on ‘availability’ you get the latest information on seats availability and you can book your tickets easily without any mistake.

When you click on ‘availability’ you get the real time availability of seats, which means the latest seat availability.
